Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project. This deposit ensures that we’re aligned on moving forward, allowing us to begin the pre-production phase and start tailoring the shoot to your specific needs.
If your project requires props or styling, we can certainly assist. Depending on your budget and requirements, we can either source the necessary items ourselves or collaborate with trusted stylists to enhance the overall aesthetic. Please review our "Extras" page for additional rates and options. Having a dedicated stylist ensures that we focus on the technical aspects while creating a polished, cohesive look.

As part of the package, you will have the right to use the images on your website and social media for a period of two years. Should you wish to use the content in paid advertising (social media ads, digital campaigns, etc.), we will discuss additional licensing options during our discovery call
Under U.S. copyright law, Desert Forged Media retains ownership of the images and videos we create. The rights granted to you as part of our agreement are typically time-limited (e.g., two years). However, if you wish to secure perpetual usage rights, we offer an option for a copyright buy-out that would transfer full ownership of the content. Please let us know if this is something you’d like to discuss.
The images and videos created as part of our collaboration are licensed exclusively for your use. If third parties, such as business partners or collaborators, would like to utilize the content, we can discuss expanding the usage rights at a negotiated rate. For social media sharing, we simply request that you credit Desert Forged Media when using the content.
No, but we kindly ask that you credit Desert Forged Media whenever you use the images or videos, especially on social media. Proper attribution helps us continue to grow our business and ensures we maintain the integrity of our work.

While music can greatly enhance the impact of your video, not all songs are available for commercial use without hefty licensing fees. For your video, we source music through creative asset marketplaces, these platforms offers high-quality, affordable tracks for various projects. If you have a specific song in mind, we can discuss licensing options at an additional cost to ensure everything is legally covered.
Yes, we are equipped to handle both photography and videography on the same shoot day. This allows us to capture a variety of content for your website and social media, providing you with a diverse range of visuals to support your brand’s message.
Life happens, and we understand if plans need to change. If you need to reschedule a shoot, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. A rescheduling fee may apply depending on the circumstances and timing, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to adjust dates accordingly.

Yes, upon completion of your project, we deliver the final design files in all required formats (e.g., PPT, PDF, AI, etc.) so you can use them for future needs or revisions.
We offer ongoing support packages for any design updates, new assets, or adjustments needed after the project’s delivery. Let us know if you’d like to discuss a retainer option for continued design work.
